There was media coverage recently about the resignation of several members of the Disabled Drivers Medical Board of Appeal (DDMBA) https://bit.ly/3GxPjxX.  In case there is any confusion, there is no connection between the Board of Appeal and the Disabled Drivers Association of Ireland (DDAI), which is an entirely separate entity.
